Didn't receive any details after i purchased the account so i got scammed

    To process a cancellation/refund request...
    #1 Open you Pre Middleman Order Startup Ticket or Transaction's Private Conversation ticket. Inside, write down that you are requesting for a refund and please make sure to provide the original payment method that you used when you made your purchase for the refund.

    Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

    This is my entire chat.


    As you can see i did what the middleman told me to do. He just told me to wait but after 4 days i am not receveing any answer. The middleman has the money because we had to wait the seller with the details of my purchase but the seller didn't send to us nothing. SO after 1 week or more i decided to have my money back but middleman is not doing nothing.
