Refund!

    Hey, I'm not recieving my order nor am I getting any help from support, tickets or questions inside the order. I want this order refunded since its way over 72 hours and I no longer need it. If you can't help me with this refund I'm forced to contact my bank to get this sorted out and recieve the refund.

    Step 1: Go To Your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    If in event you need to cancel your order, please go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket.

    Step 2: Change Order Status To Cancelled
    In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order. If you don't have a 3 way conversation ticket yet, post in your pre middleman order startup ticket that you wish to cancel your order.

    Step 3: Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

    To process a cancellation/refund request...
    #1 Open you Pre Middleman Order Startup Ticket or Transaction's Private Conversation ticket. Inside, write down that you are requesting for a refund and please make sure to provide the original payment method you used when you made your purchase for the refund.
