Since the buyers feedback is valid, we will not be able to approve the removal of this feedback. Buyers are allowed to post their experiences on your profile, that's the point of a feedback system and the feedback he posted is valid. As mentioned, is you resolve your issue with your buyer, then he can request it removed.
While I'm sure you aren't happy that the person left feedback on your profile, this is common for every shop or business to have some form of negative feedback. It's your job in the future to learn from this and better the buyers experience to avoid these type of conflicts. You're free to respond to the buyers feedback with your side of the story as we have a respond to buyers feedback option.
