While you may dislike he left you a negative feedback on your profile, an actual buyer experience did take place here and therefore as I have informed middleman we cannot remove this. You're free to communicate with @rxbroker and try to resolve your differences. Buyers are allowed to leave feedback on your profile. You can however do everything in your power and should to try to resolve your differences. If the buyer is satisfied and willing to remove this, then that is the time we can remove this.
