    I provided all information which mentioned on the sellers guide.the buyer changed account e mail (maybe account name too).

    In this situation l am not able to get my account back but the buyer didnt confirm the order (Transaction ID: 1130000000831641820).The buyer asked me to answer some additional questions which l added to attachted files as screenshots.

    l am worried about payment and not being able to get my (warframe) account back in case of refund request by the buyer.these questions asked by buyer are not necessary to reach or secure the account.

    Nevertheless I can provide you with the answers to these questions.After l got the payment,middleman can give them to the buyer.
    l added all conversation between me and buyer also account information change confirmation mails screenshots.
    l just wanted to be sure that is why l wrote you guys

    The buyer sent me a message like this today, even when I can't access my own account.
    it implies that it may be logged in.I do not trust this buyer.I want to get my account back with e-mail and password changed from the buyer.
    In this process until you get my account back I ask you not to return your money.

    Despite saying that the seller is on the move, he has received something by giving real money in the game. And he has a different character than he says.This seller is trying to defraud me.I think he won't confirm the order and try to get his money. And he will take account too.

    My knowledge of this site was not enough. Things are going well now. We both confirmed the order and now I am waiting to pay.

    As l said on last reply my knowledge of this site was not enough. I didn't know how it works. l was in hurry. Things are going well now. We both confirmed the order and now I am waiting to release the payment from playerup. If you can,can you close the this thread for prevent account banned?
