Why Should The Feedback Be Removed Because of the buyer who bought the Crunchyroll account from me, he dropped the negative feedback on my account with these words "Brought a warranty crunchyroll account, use it for a couple days and stop due to busy life. come back a month later, the account stop working and the seller wont replace when i have a warranty". The thing is he never contacted me for the replacement. The buyer is very inactive. I don't have special powers to know my buyers' problems with letting me know. Maybe the buyer didn't know how PlayerUp works. After getting the negative feedback, I immediately sent a PM to the buyer about this problem but he didn't reply.
