    Been waiting roughly 2 days since I made an order through the middleman service, and I sent in my ID but have yet to get a reply. And I've tried reaching out to the seller via discord and he told me to contact support through the live chat. But the livechat has been unavaulable for 24 hours, and I'd like to know what's going on with my order before I go to my bank to resolve this issue.
