    We need proof you don't have access to the account and if possible for you to give him access to the account.

    Exactly my point If i had called ea and Said my account was # and to get it back why in the world would they send a link to reset password to the hackers Mail? You might aswell have created another Mail you put the account on and that should clear me even more why a billion dollar company would send a password reset link to a hacker so he can get it back again. Once again I rest my case nothing makes sense to me. But still Im trying to help you
