This account is very high end, I spent most of my efforts on obtaining and completing officers and have been working on my airforce and spray to round it off.

A lot of time and money has gone into it somewhere around 20-25k USD and well over a year. I am asking for only 15k USD. Price will remain the same even when i finish the airforce and spray skills. And I am open to negotiations.

No. My price is correct. I did not realise i could not edit the body of the post i have more information to add. This account has everything. There is very little it doesnt have. Like I said i have invested $20k + but I know a lot of that went to resources and troops hence my $5k price reduction.
It will also come with a few hundred dollars of AMS points ready to buy new things. The bulk of the value is in the officers, especially the Slug Alloys all 4 fully talented and the 4 original AMS officers fully talented, among many others.
