    I've been tirelessly working around the time to get in contact with someone and need assistance to get a refund on a order that I never got helped on. My order is 1130000000839749226.

    To process a cancellation/refund request...

    #1 Open you Pre Middleman Order Startup Ticket or Transaction's Private Conversation ticket. Inside, write down that you are requesting for a refund and please make sure to provide the original payment method you used when you made your purchase for the refund.

    Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

    Did you pay using CC/Debit Card by any chance?

    The message below is for general information, not specifically for your order alone.

    Your actual credit/debit card payment should show as processing/pending on your online credit/debit card summary statement . Please note that it typically takes around 1 to 10 business days for that processing/pending hold to be removed from your account entirely and this cannot be sped up as it's your bank and safecharge that has to process this cancellation. On our end we have already voided the charge so our part involved in this cancellation of this payment has now been completed.

    Please note that one of the benefits of using PlayerUp Middleman Services and paying by direct credit card is we will NOT charge you until the seller delivers giving you the comfort of knowing that you don't owe your bank any money until the transaction is officially complete. If in event the seller fails to deliver like they have in your case, then the authorization (pending/processing) charge you see on your online summary statement currently will be removed shortly afterwards.

    The next step now is we will allow the charge you made to void and you should receive 100.00% of the funds you sent us removed from your credit card in the upcoming days.
