I sold an account a month ago and still waiting the Money

    Hello,i sold an account with middleman service and the transiction went through and It got confirmed and i received the Money on my middleman balance and then i went to cashout and are like a month that i am still waiting for my Money and 2 weeks since last response on the cashout pending conversations...may i get the money you own me???
    I am in quarantine with my family since early March and i Need these Money more than ever.
