There has been no middleman action either so as a new user I'm not sure how to proceed other than creating this thread. If it wasn't clear in the images, I ended up going and buying an account from another seller here on PlayerUp who delivered it fast within 20-30 mins (2 days later on the 26th - it's my only positive feedback), I left him feedback on his forum post and the transaction was smooth. I'm not sure if the seller was deliberately scamming or just genuinely believed I deceived him, I even pointed out in the original message he sent me the wrong type of account thinking it was a genuine mistake but he still kept accusing me. Edit: I forgot to point out originally I just wanted a replacement account off the seller but after 2 days I ended up getting a new account that I mentioned above from https://www.playerup.com/saladass666
Sorry I wrote this by mistake! Let's on point, this guy is very inactive on playerUp. Second thing is he is a complete scam! He changed the account credentials, and now he is asking for refund. @Middleman @Help I request you to please check my profile, I completed more than 100 orders successfully. The title is 'never delivered' is wrong. I delivered as you can see on the screenshots. I don't know why people do this kinda cheap things. Now it's up to your decision!
He's disputing the account you sold him that isn't working not sure what hearts are you talking about here.
Sorry, it's my mistake I wrote "hearts" by mistake! Please understand I never tried to scam anyone, I am very humble with all my buyers but some buyers are very bad they they take advantage of the humbleness. I replace the account if there is my misaligned but here I tested the account first then sent to this buyer. He changed the credentials.
I'm fairly new, not inactive - you can see my join date. I had to buy from someone else because you didn't deliver a working account. I reported it immediately. If I was scamming you and changing the account details, I would have not needed to go buy one from another seller!
I'd also like to draw particular attention to screenshot #1, the screenshot shows the seller delivering a YT Premium account, not what I ordered, he then claims later it was just a typo when I politely brought this up with him. But if he's able to make a typo like this I don't think it's unreasonable to think he's been negligent in checking the account works he should have provided. The seller is supposed to be providing a warranty, and when I immediately report an issue I'm surprised at his negative demeanor. He did not mention any particular strings in the product page and I'm when I'm reporting a genuine issue within a short period of time from receiving the account its clear to me that he does not wish to honor it. I'd also like to see the seller post proof that I changed the password. Because he won't have it, because I didn't. So far his only defence is he's completed X amount of orders, but problems do happen ocassionally.
