    What level? I have a level 40 for you for 40$ and in a very active neighborhood. Price is high cause of middleman expenses if you would like to go lower we can do it through PayPal. 7k is gonna be hard but the neighborhood is very helpful to level you up, they use a method where you go on a list and everyone has a turn, when it’s your turn everyone in the neighborhood donates their barn tools to you till you rank up. Then you contribute.
