How to get my refund ?

    Hello Sir.

    I'm a bit confused. Yesterday I made an offer for an account the seller accepted it...I send the money to a MM a few mins later I wrote in my pre ticket I would like to cancel my order but somehow MM is ignoring me.... after 2-3 hours a MM was creating a 3 Con Ticket I've set cancel order to "buyer - cancel order" it's almost 24 hours now and still no response from the MM also never got any account information from the seller.

    Sorry if it's wrong to PM u but I don't know what I should do I can't create a ticket on support because it's green

    Please remain patient, @Middleman is handling many other orders to it could take time before they process your order cancellation but it will be done as soon as possible. @Nico95
