Requesting 2 refunds for 2 seperate site issues

    Hello, so about six days ago I used the middleman service to try to buy an account, I went through all the steps and paid the listed price of $332.99 USD, and then waited for the seller to send the account credentials through the 3-way ticket. I waited for two days, and then I managed to contact the seller through Twitter and he said that he had already sold the account to someone else and (I assume) he forgot to remove his listing on this site. So the $332.99 USD is just being held by the site currently. I changed the order status on the ticket to Buyer- Cancel, and even sent a a rundown of what happened similar to this own paragraph in the ticket, but haven't been refunded yet or even received a response.

    My last issue is just a mishap with the sites payment system. About an hour ago I was in the process of trying to buy a different account from another seller. I contacted the seller through Discord and he opened a middleman listing on the site. As I was in the initial checkout process, the seller ran into an issue with gathering his Fortnite account info. He asked if we could delay the transaction to another time since he forgot an important credential to the account. I said it was fine and canceled my payment on the initial middleman order page. I was using Paypal as my payment method and the checkout page said the payment was successfully canceled, but I checked my email a moment later and it says that I was still charged $130.00 USD(which was the order price). No middleman conversation, listing, or email was sent to me by this site since I canceled the order right before those processes would have begun but my card was still charged. So that $130.00 USD is also just being held somewhere in limbo on the site.

    I wish to open a new middleman order with the seller from paragraph two, but I'm just waiting for the site to refund me for both issues first.

    Step 1: Go To Your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    If in event you need to cancel your order, please go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket.

    Step 2: Change Order Status To Cancelled
    In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order. If you don't have a 3 way conversation ticket yet, post in your pre middleman order startup ticket that you wish to cancel your order.

    Step 3: Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

    To process a cancellation/refund request...
    #1 Open you Pre Middleman Order Startup Ticket or Transaction's Private Conversation ticket. Write down that you are requesting for a refund and please make sure to provide the same payment details you used when you made your purchase.
