What is meant by OFfline ? Doen the game need internet connection to start?

 

It doesnt matter if you will use/dont use internet, you need to turn offline mode in Steam

 

My frind have the game in steam but when he try to play the game in offline mode the game shows an message saying it need to be in online in order to play the game.

 

exit from offline mode, enter in rdr, exit from rdr and turn offline mode again
