    The information I was given does not work for the supercell ID, and will not give me a proper code as I believe the account has been switched as I now cannot enter the gmail. Please help me get a refund!

    Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.
