Stole Money Got scammed

    I recently got scammed by 2k dribble god selling an account to me (March 19, 2020). I paid $125 CDN for the account through XBox gift cards on March 18, 2020.. He did not provide me his email address but instead gave me his instagram account, physco_sasuke, where we kept in contact, as well as his phone number (8643859802). I sent him the payment for his account but has yet to provide me his account info login and has continuously ignored my insta DM's and is trying to prolong this. Below are the convo's:

    Him: Yo txt me 8643859802 or dm me on insta physco_sasuke I got whatchu want hmu ASAP
    Him: i will dm u on insta
    Him: k just dm'd you

    The rest of the convo was done via Instagram
