Stole Money Got scammed...AGAIN (pls help)

    Today I got scammed again (March 19, 2020) by username Reinisebe. I believe it was the same person (2k dribble god) who scammed me last night because he sent me a DM via instagram but I didn't share with him my username. The thread title was the same (Nba 2k20 99ovr price #). I paid $130 CDN for his account via PayPal (I can provide screenshot). His PayPal account email is [email protected] under name Enver Gagula. His insta username is brain_mann44. He then later blocked me on Instagram so I have no way of messaging him now. I sent him the payment and he basically did not respond to me back. I can provide all evidence. Thanks

    I dont have paypal with that email and i dont have instagram eith that nickname either and i havent received nothing from you.

    Here is an imgur of both for proof. Proof of Reinisebe's is pages 1 and 2 with Brain_mann44 as the insta name and requested Paypal payment, and proof of 2k dribble god's is pages 3 and 4 with Physco_sasuke as the insta name and requested Xbox gift cards as payment.
