Stole Money Account transfer not secure, personal phone number requested, account not as described

    a) Attached chat log of problems with transfer and where seller scam my personal phone number to me
    The problem here is that the transfer was not secure, there was lots of problems, and the seller request my personal information to transfer email. However, this personal information can be used to recover/scam account back from google support

    b) Attached chat screenshot talking about these account rules that were not advertised on listing, and shows you where I still had never used account before cancelling order
    The seller listed several rules about restricting use of the game account. However, these rules were never put into the For Sale listing, only provided after the payment was sent. If the account has to be restricted to avoid game ban, then this information needs to be included in the sale listing. Otherwise, the account is not as described giant-market-chat2.JPG

    Purchasing an account is obviously against the supercell's rules and terms of condition, which is the exact reason why you shouldn't message supercell or your account will get banned. Getting your personal phone number has nothing to do with recovering in the future, it's just needed for setting up the two step verification on your own phone number.
    I have no reason to recover the account I have already sold and risk my reputation like that, but you do.
    I don't want to be a pessimist but it's the only scenario that makes perfect sense: you got the account's info, logged into it and now are just coming up with unreasonable excuses to make me refund your money.

    He does have a point on the "rules" they mentioned you provided after they paid for the account, you should include it inside your thread so the buyer knows the risks and how to avoid getting banned beforehand.

    in the terms of conditions of Supercell it is exactly mentioned that purchasing an account is against the rules, therefore; there is no need for sellers to mention that in their threads. maybe he should have had a bit of search beforehand!
    on the title:

    1- account transfer was 100% secure, he only had to wait about half an hour for my co-worker to respond, that's all! not to mention the fact this dude has had every single access to the account, such as recovery phone number, two step verification, recovery email, every single information has been changed to his information. he has also successfully changed the password. Therefore my account's not safe to resell AT ALL because he has certainly logged in to the account on one/several devices.
    2-personal phone number is needed for the two step verification which is the reason I asked for it. the guy doesn't even know having the phone number has nothing to do with recovering the accounts!
    3- account is the exact account he ordered and is perfectly as described and showed in the screenshots.
    PlayerUp is a platform that protects both buyer and seller. this guy doesn't even have a logical reason for refunding, so maybe he is the scammer not me!

    This would make sense only if you don't send the "rules" you have after the buyer has purchased. What is the difference between informing the buyers inside your thread beforehand and informing them after their purchase?

    hi. sorry, I live in New York and as you know we have the most coronavirus infections in the united states.. things are very crazy right now and for the past few weeks.

    I spoke to Giant Market via Discord a few days ago and they assumed control of the email account.

    What do you need from me here?

    EDIT: the difference is that the buyer is not made aware of these stipulations before transaction. (not sure if this is still relevant, since seller has already contacted me to accept return/cancellation)

    What sort of update do you want? The seller contact me last week asking for google security codes. I assumed was because we was trying to finalize the return of email account on his end. I received a few google codes that were sent to my phone, he changed all the account info back to his, and i no longer have any access to the account. Wehn he contact me he only said "give me the codes if you want your money back". That was the last I heard anything.
