Credit not credited to account

    Hello, the title says it all, I tried buying credit using PayPal when I got to the last step after press “pay” I got a message it said access denied. So I tried again and same thing.. but I checked my email and bank account I got 2 payment confirmation from PayPal for 2 orders of $28 each and checked bank account I see that money was paid but not credited to my account. Take a look please.. here are PayPal transaction numbers 9PD504206A838730R and
