The conclusion from this report is the seller refused to cooperate near the end of this transaction. He had simple steps to complete which would have proved he was telling the truth and refused to complete these. The buyers defense was the seller provided him a fake account. He couldn't load the village. The sellers defense is that the buyer stole the account. Since the seller couldn't follow simple directions and the buyer did, was patient, and has a history here, we can only conclude the seller was creating a story to get paid and keep the account. We gave the seller several days to respond and he hasn't followed up so at this point we have to assume he knows he can't scam the buyer and has given up. As a result, we have concluded that the seller was intentionally trying to scam the buyer and we have decided in the buyers favor. This report is now closed and the seller has been suspended.
