Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below I dont know how to add pictures. Made purchase on March 1st, seller was adamant he never recieved funds despite my PayPal showing he was paid. Claims he issued a refund and gave me a transaction id number so I called PayPal on March 4 and spoke with Emma. She said the seller got my payment and the transaction id number for the refund was a fake and doesn't exist. I contacted the seller who was adamant he issued the refund. On March 5th I called PayPal again and spoke with Eman. Eman confirmed what Emma had told me that the buyer received my payment but never issued a refund. I have a dispute open with PayPal and waiting until I can escalate the claim since the seller is refusing to talk to me now.
Pictures are of payment to seller and second is of my refunds and can see there is no refund from Llorente. The purchase was for both of his accounts he had listed and price was agreed upon.
