Made agreement to buy a Instagram Page for $135 . Seller never sent me the INFO to get access to the page I wanted to buy. So now I am out the money and trying to dispute it with Paypal to get my money back. Might need you to check out a seller on here. They made a deal with me to pay $135 for a Instagram page but as soon as I payed they never sent me the info to access the page and take control of it.
