Seller is using my account

    Everytime I login, my account is a level higher than it was when I was previously on it and the account is always being logged in every 24 hours cause when I login it logs him out. I couldnt sign in yesterday cause it said a data transfer was already completed and logged me out. Meaning that someone is on the account or has logged in. In this video it says it cant connect cause he logged in like I said:

    . I still have control over the gmail account he just has His Dragon ball legends to auto sign in so it doesnt require the password for him to login.

    Ok, I'm sorry it happened to you, but I have no idea how you got that account taken back. I literally gave you the one and only gmail linked to this account. I don't own a single dummy gmail linked to your game account at all.

    You're basically the only owner of the account, did you send your email info to anyone else? Why would I take your account when I have my own. There is no point for me to do that, I just wanted to sell my friend's account.

    Like I said again, I'm sorry it happened to you, but you own the only email linked to it. I won't agree for a refund in this case since I have no idea how you got into this problem

    This is proof that my main account does not have the same ID as yours at all. I only have one device to play on.
    I have no intention on stealing your account or whatsoever. Therefore, I cannot give you a refund. I worked hard in order to sell this account for you.

    Like I said, you confirmed delivery and the account worked pretty well for a long period of time, so I do not know how you blame me for a transfer problem at all. This means that in that period of time, you somehow managed to lose your account info and someone took it from you, please look at your gmail and check who tried to log into the email i gave you.

    There is no way for me to auto-login. You know yourself that to log in you must have linked your account through a gmail, facebook, or a twitter account. therefore, I clearly confirmed that only a gmail is linked to this game account.

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but this is completely your fault if you gave someone access to the account.

    Please verify the devices connected to the gmail. If you see any devices that you have never logged in your google account before, you should log them out of it.

    You literally bought an account a month ago, and somehow someone logged in after a month of playing the game. Either you're faking the fact that someone tried to log into the account, or either you are clueless about account security and someone logged into the google account without you knowing.

    I checked everything and added 2 step verification and logged out the 3 other devices when I got the account but every day I have to log back in, and I'm not trying to fake it like you apparently said. I never gave it to anybody. This issue started happening a week after I got the account.

    Then everytime I log back in I either leveled up or have someone training that I havent even put in the traing slot, which tells me someone is using it either you or you got a cracked account and sold it.

    Its weird how they can login tho cause the gmail security says in the only one logged in.

    Also I changed the password many times, Idc about a refund cause I want the account but I wanna know how to log him out for good

    This account is a legit account. It was created since day one, so there is no way that it is a cracked account.
    So pretty much everytime you had to reinstall the game to have access back to the game? Because if you do, idk what happened there, because I no longer own the gmail I gave you and I gave it to no one. If you gave it to no one too, then either you try to make a 24 hour login, everyday at the same time to try to log the guy out for a while and he'll give up. Or, in my opinion, contact Bandai itself, because if we both are sure that nothing happened, Bandai can check for you if it is a random guy that has access to your account
