Resolved Unfair and false negative feedback removal request

    5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed
    Hello @Hulk , @Middleman
    The buyer purchased a Crunchyroll account through a middleman transaction. His 3-way conversation is not closed yet.
    We offer the buyers 12 months warranty on the account in case of any issues, the buyer had a problem with his account earlier today and he did not waste a second before he accused us of scamming and leaving a negative feedback without giving us the chance to get back to the 3-way conversation and resolve his issue.

    The Feedback is entitled SCAM and this definitely wrong and out of context and is not fair for our business. Other than the fact that a buyer cannot be scammed in a middleman transaction and his order is not yet marked completed we have been doing business on this platform for over a year and for sure we are not going to scam a buyer in a middleman transaction for $1.5!

    We kindly request instant removal of this fair and false-negative feedback as this is totally wrong and will affect our selling

    As I can only judge by my experience and your lack of follow up when I bought the account, I do think it was warranted. Please look at the message I posted on our 3 way conversation a week ago. You completely ignored it, and only answered back when i left a bad review. Fair reviews arent always positive, and this is a fair review of my experience with you. Asking for the removal of my review further proves my point. Now, have a great day.

    Maybe you have traded on other platforms before, but this is PlayerUp where you get 100% secure and trustworthy trading. You are dealing with an escrow payment which is already ongoing.

    Also we need to point out that in this escrow payment, until you mark “Buyer confirms delivery” on your 3-way ticket and Middleman verifies it, we do not receive a single penny from you.

    We admit we mistakenly overlooked the notification of ONE message from you, but the trade is still open. You could always respond again, or contact us through private message, or WORST CASE SCENARIO, change the status to “Buyer Needs MM Assistance”, and then Middleman immediately notifies us.

    WE REPEAT, 3-way conversation is still opened, and trade is still ongoing!

    WE REPEAT, 3-way conversation is still open, and trade is still ongoing! The buyer cannot leave a feedback in the middle of an ongoing 3-way transaction.

    His feedback titled “scamming” is totally out-of-context, because we have not received any money for this trade yet. And we never will until the buyer HIMSELF, confirms the delivery. Even if we had received the money, there is a 12 months guarantee, and we provide FREE replacements for all our buyers.

    We request the feedback to be removed because the trade is still ongoing and we have not received any money yet for this so-called “scam”.
