Stole Money Not really a dispute, more of less just asking for info. Live support told me to make thread here.

Hello, this isn't a dispute. But, I contacted live support and they told me to come here to make a thread instead.... not sure why I needed to make a post under the dispute section even though it isn't a dispute but I hope you don't chew me out for this, thanks. If a middleman was used to settle a transaction, how would my funds be transferred into my account? Would it be reflected as "credits" under my account? How long would it take for funds to be transferred into my account? It's my first time dealing with a middleman and this website. Should I receive any kind of proof that the transaction I made was successful and I should be expecting to be paid by the middleman/website? I read the instruction "manual" of how middleman transactions worked but, none of it really answered the questions I wanted to ask. I would appreciate it if a moderator of the site could shed some clarity into this. Once again, thank you so much!

as a platform to do transactions? I read somewhere that all transactions were done on this website and now I'm actually feeling skeptical.... is this Screenshot by Lightshot legit?
