Stole Money Banned account purchase post

Hello, I have just used this service to purchase in game currency for a mobile gacha, from a buyer with the username 3rdTrick for 270$, plus 7$ insurance. I noticed the posting was greyed out, but I was still able to select it. I was able to give my payment information and the payment processed fine, but when I was taken to the page to confirm the 3 way conversation, but when I tried to submit, I received an error saying I was “Unable to contact this user”. After checking his account to see why I couldn’t contact him, I saw that he had a profile picture that said “banned”. And when I tried to view his profile, it said I was unable to because his user was unavailable.

Since the 3 way conversation is unable to start, that makes me assume the product will not be delivered, yet the payment has went through. And the fact that he has an unavailable profile with a banned icon also makes me think he is a scammer.

Will I be able to get a refund? Or should I wait and check if the product has been delivered? It makes me assume I will not be getting it since I am unable to submit the 3 way conversation with this user, so I am thinking I should expect a refund.
