    I can't withdraw my funds. It's been weeks since I contacted your staff, they told me they'd informed a middleman, and from my experience contacting middlemen for support, they don't fkn respond. Last time, i didn't get my payment for a month, and after sending numerous support tickets over the course of the month, I didn't get a single response.
    This time, to top that, they completely took away my button to even start the withdrawal process. Good job playerup. Don't let the withdrawal process go smoothly even once for me.
    I've tried multiple browsers, cleared cache and sh*t from all the browsers even tried on a diff system altogether. so it's clearly intentionally removed for my account. I'd like to know why, and I want MY money.
