Resolved Buyer is SPAMMING us with MULTIPLE feedbacks on the SAME ORDER even after receiving FULL REFUND

    5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed

    This buyer is leaving us multiple feedbacks regarding a single order and it is being approved by Middleman multiple times. One order should only receive one feedback from a user. How can the Middleman allow multiple feedbacks from a single user for a single order? This is literally the definition of misusing and spamming the privilege of feedbacks.


    This Buyer left false negative feedback without contacting us to cancel his order and called us a scammer. We attempted to contact him and send him his full refund. Now he continues to SPAM our business profile by leaving multiple feedbacks on the same order WHERE HE WAS ALREADY ISSUED A REFUND.

    We already issued a refund and never scammed anybody. THIS FEEDBACK NEEDS TO BE REMOVED because this is regarding the same order from the same buyer.
