I have but they can not do anything about it as they have changed all the deatails, you can now change username in game for $15. They cannot track account. Please, what can I do or can I get a payment or somehting?
Game accounts usually have a unique ID# which should not be possible to change, do you have it in this game? If yes and you have it recorded then you should be able to help the support to track your account and process the retrieval of your account.
