Good Day, I'd like to ask regarding a problem with credit withdrawal. I've been attempting to withdraw multiple times in the couple months and I haven't received an update on any of my attempts. My requests haven't been processed at all even though the automated reply keeps saying my order's been put on a queue!

The first link was an attempt to see whether or not the service worked which is why it was at $10. The most recent one is the amount I was truly trying to withdraw, $50. I have made multiple attempts to get updated on this (as indicated by the attached screenshot). Thank you for being the first to reply.
