Conversation was started, same place where tickets r, I am new, passed details as it said payment held by middleman. Now nothing. Guess nothing you can do as you haven't replied to ticket , nor has middleman, really poor system

******* brilliant, what you don't say I .the advice is that the three way ticket is in the same place as player to player conversations and looks the same, so scammers can cut and paste all the middleman atuff and pretend to have paid, new sellers get done , put the communication in a different tab, just lost my account, no money (which the conversation from middleman said was paid) as it was just the scammers. Middleman doesn't want to know. Player up doesn't want to know. Live chat always busy, nothing but not replies, great safe platform.
All sales are done via the website. The 3-way ticket would be started by Middleman. If you're e-mailed or if someone says they bought it with a copy & paste it should be glaringly obvious that something is wrong.
Thank you Ryan, I disagee with glaringly obvious as when I checked the link from middleman "how to" it states the three way ticket will be opened here... Takes you to the messages list which is the one opened by players in two way conversations So being new, the link and text appears reasonable. Everyone has to be new at some point and with the tickets being so similar I am sure I am not alone. Frustrated with the setup and lack of communication from player up when I first reported, annoyed, yes with myself, but not alone.
