Stole Account He scammed me and now he is trying to scam more people with a different account

THIS GUY SCAMMED ME FROM A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT THEN HE MADE ANOTHER ACOUNT TWICE TO SCAM MORE PEOPLE. HE SOLD ME AN ACCOUNT AND THEN RECALLED IT AND NOW HE IS MAKING PLAYERUO ACCOUNTS TO SELL IT AGAIN. DO NOT LET HIM SCAM MORE PEOPLE!!! @Ryan Ban his IP or something he keeps making more playerup accounts!!
