The problem his gave me account he doesn't own it and i change all information on it and he turn it back again and he said now i can have this account again because the man who own the account change everything anf now i habe no account

The issue is that you have not read anything at all, if you do not automatically know that these accounts are not original and if you have come to this website looking for that ... You are a fool. These accounts can be established as primary and play all their games even the plus without problem .... But since you have not read anything at all is what happens ... Who in their right mind would sell an account for € 30 with almost 50 games .... Another thing, at least I have a feedback .... You or that to say that you have bought other times.
@PsnKing did state multiple times to not change account info but from what can I see he does not state the account is stolen anywhere. If you're selling cracked accounts, you need to make this known. There is also nothing to say even if he didn't change account info that he would have access to it in a week. It's a risk that the owner won't change the password at any time regardless. @PsnKing and @Reda ben if you both agree on a 50% refund from @PsnKing this can be resolved. If you don't agree with this, please state why.

@Reda ben if u ask me, you didnt read what he said. You dont need to get any refund. He accepted to lose 50% becouse of you, and you want full refund bc you didint read
A full refund won't happen because you completely disregarded his rules. He will need to state accounts are cracked and if a buyer chooses to purchase it they know the risks. He told you multiple times to not change account information and you did. There is fault on your part and there is fault on his part. He agrees with this, we just need you to agree. But regardless, if he wants to give you the account you want this can also be resolved that way.
