Hello @Middleman The buyer is not scammed I have tried reversing his payment multiple times but the payment would not go through I ask of the buyer if he has other means of payment than what he has provided which is bank transfer and the payment keeps being declined If the buyer accepts paypal or any other means of payment we will reimburse him at once.
