Stole Money Webwebusa is a Scammer - stole my account and is attempting to sell it

    How to Report a Dispute

    1. Date Dispute Happened
    I noticed that webwebusa posted my account for sale on January 9th, 2020.

    2. Are You The Buyer or Seller
    I am the owner of the account that was # and is now being sold.

    3. Total Transaction Value
    Account is worth over $500 and he is trying to sell it for $120

    4. Other Parties Username
    webwebusa - This is a new account. His previous account was GameMazterPro

    5. Method Used To Pay or Receive Payment
    I have discovered that he has placed my account up for sale which was purchased in July and he has stolen back by hacking the email account that is associated with the game and refused to respond to emails under his original account as GameMazterPro in the original transaction which resulted in his account being suspended.

    6. Other Parties Email Addresses
    I don't know his current email address

    7. Other Parties Payment Email Address
    I don't know his current payment email address

    8. Other Parties Messenger Username
    I know his current username is webwebusa

    9. Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below

    I have found that GameMazterPro has opened up a new account and is attempting to resell my account. Here is the link to the account he is trying to sell which is my actual account.

     Selling -  High End -  Android - SUPER CHEAP - HIGH END ACCOUNT | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    I am also including screenshots of my account to verify that I am the owner. Please notice that the name and Clan name and ID are all unblurred. Also notice that everything matches on Pilot names and levels and weapons etc. Because all the pilot names are random, it is not possible to have the exact same names at the exact same level with everything about the account being the exact same. Please suspend this new account. I have spent a lot of money building this account up.



    Here is the original transaction Middleman conversation. Note the 3rd page which has me claiming he # and stole the account and would not respond, resulting in his account being suspended.

    This is the new account that he has just recently opened. He continues to be unresponsive to my emails and refuses to give the account back to me.

    I have also reported his account as a fraudulent one. I have also requested an investigation into his account and that I needed support but have not received any answer.

    I need guidance on what to do. Will playerup suspend this new account? Do I reply on the current for sale ad exposing him? I think if I do that he may totally delete my account. Please help.

    Have you tried retrieving the account via game support?
