And that doesn’t mean I contacted them it literally says in one of my screenshots “your account has been locked due to SUSPICIOUS activity” what’s more suspicious than someone from Iran logging in at the same time as someone in the us
You already knew that I was from Iran, because I had said it. And now you just want to pretend that the person who entered the game was from Iran. It's not hard to say. When you call Supercell and tell them "Someone is in the game" they lock the game until they find the original owner. And then you ban it by giving the wrong information. So there's no reason to want to make a disput here and it doesn't make any sense, because I plugged the game directly into your Gmail and then removed it from my phone. But you didn't protect it properly and you gave the game to others and you just tried to blame the seller
I never said I didn’t know you were from Iran I’m saying the reason it was locked was because someone connecting from another country is suspicious.8
Well if a account gets locked due to location change then it happens within 1-30hrs not after 4 days.
Yes. That's right. But after 4 days the buyer tell me saying "Someone is playing" and that afternoon he said the account was locked. And it's natural that he contacted Supercell.
Obviously none of you can understand English and this is getting no where I’m going to be escalating to PayPal at the end of today
You said earlier that after 4 days "somebody is playing" and now you are saying that night it happened that the claim made me follow up and after 6 days I found out that you were claiming to be a "personal game". So it's natural to be a liar and proven
@mcbluesky send me screenshot of your discord chat between you and the buyer. I will make a decision after checking the chat.
PayPal will deal with this it has been 6 days and nothing from your team. Also, there is no evidence that anyone # the account etc. (I was just agreeing with him because I trusted him). Also if you look at the time stamps the account was banned within 24 hours of the "another device has connected to the village" message (it was mcbluesky btw). And also the 2 attached screenshots of him supposedly "deleting" the account don't have time stamps or any viable evidence that they were not taken after I confronted him about someone connecting to the account. @Support that's my claim thank you and I already escalated so even if you decide in his favor or mine PayPal will be handling this.
@mcbluesky so the account was not locked due to location change because the buyer had issues almost after 6 days from the time of delivery. The screenshot which buyer shared showing *Another device connecting* is not possible because he linked directly into buyer email. Buyer said he logged into the account from his iPad and iPhone it's possible that someone from his family member logged into the account mistakenly. I don't see any fault of seller here.
I've said it many times. I connected this game directly to your Gmail and then removed it from my phone as usual. And there is no reason i want to use the game again and try to make trouble for myself and the buyer, and that's not your say not normally. And then only you had access to it, and only you could share it with others or other person have it stolen from your phone. In any case, you didn't protect it properly, and then you tried to change Gmail many times, then you contacted Supercell, causing the game to be locked, and then banned the game by giving false information. You have changed your word here many times, first you said it happened after 4 days, then you changed your mind and said there was someone playing that night. But then I realized after 6 days you said, "Someone on game " . your words are completely untrue. You are proven enough here and you just want to blame the seller for your mistake. I've already sent proofs here and will send again them if needed.

Yes he knew someone had already entered her Gmail, and then you might want Gmail, and then she said she had come in from another device. So I'm pretty sure the device is the same person that the buyer shared it with
