Stole Money ACCOUNT DELIVER, WOULDN'T CONFIRM

    The buyer has received all the account information upon purchase, now he doesn't want to confirm the delivery, hence the reason I'm here, as I'm not getting paid. He already tampered with account information, so I haven't got a way to retrieve it.
    I lost my account to this, the payment is still pending. Is there a possibility I would still get the money?

    If the buyer is satisfied with the item delivered and hasn't already changed the order status in this ticket, then the next step is for the buyer to click on the Change Order Status icon at the top of this ticket and select the "Buyer - Confirms Delivery checkbox. If we don't hear back from the buyer within 72 hours, we will assume the buyer is satisfied with their purchase and proceed with releasing the buyers payment sent to us that is currently held in escrow to the seller.
