    On December 13th I've received the account data from the seller, everything was fine. On 15th December I've lost access to my new account, email & password have been reset, seemed like the account has been restored (by original owner, by seller himself, I don't know). The seller mentioned warranty & 24/7 support for buyers, but only said that he doesn't know what to do & ignored my other messages. I cannot restore the account that has been reset / stolen / # / whatever so I'd like to request the seller to provide a different account, or a refund, if that's not possible. I can provide some proofs, but sadly I didn't even receive an email regarding the account data reset, so I don't really know what to show to prove the claim.
