During the transaction, he opted to take a shortcut and buy directly with the seller. He then decided not to properly communicate about this matter and filed 2 disputes prematurely but still used our services. Due to his lack of communication, we were billed fees for these 2 disputes. Up to this point, the individual still hasn't communicated with us resolving these 2 disputes. He used our company, caused disputes which incurred fees but refuses to resolve this conflict. Anyone attempting to do business or hire him should know in advance what they're receiving when doing business with this individual.
