    I created an order and paid US$50 for a Hay Day account. Order nbr 1130000000655380100
    Received a response..."Playerup Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.- Error"
    I can't remember the Sellers username. Nor do I know the URL Link.
    What do I do? Has the Sellers account been sold already or perhaps it was banned?
    I now have some credit with you so, if this first purchase has failed, I would like to attempt another purchase with a different seller please.

    Put PlayerUp as the sellers username. Then we will fix this for you.
