Unable to purchase

    Hi i have a problem with making a purchase where i cant checkout with my skrill account even though i have the funds but when i reach the final checkout page it says i have insufficient funds. Please help me out as soon as possible

    Skip the checkout then. Send a direct payment via Skrill to [email protected]. If you have funds available, you can charge us the $0.50 for the transfer. Then provide the URL of the item you're purchasing and we will manually fix this for you.

    Im sorry but i dont quite get you. My payment is of 3.5 dollars but what you mean is that if i send 3 dollars on the email that you provided, you would actually have it as 3.5 dollars due to the 0.5 dollars that ill be charging you? But after that how do i make the purchase then?

    Okay if it's a small dollar amount, send $3.50. The fee is less than $0.10.

    I tried sending you 3.6 dollars at [email protected] from my skrill account but it says there is some problem. What should i do now?

    Hi i would like you to please send me some sort of a personal email if you have that is registered with skrill because the one that you provided me that was [email protected] is a merchant email and unfortunately my skrill account cannot send money to a merchant account. Please help me out as soon as possible. Waiting for a positive reply
