Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below I have had the account "Avzzy" for a little over a month i have put in time and money into this account and today i logged into xbox to see that the email on the account was changed to "[email protected]" i can no longer log into the account as its asking for a new password. It looks like the seller has taken back the account through xbox support. I can provide pictures of our conversation I believe this person is a scammer and has done this before. Frozen? So MM has the strength to freeze payment then why in my case the seller got paid out even after opening immediate dispute?
This seller is now saying he did not change the email on the account but below i have provided proof that this is a lie. The email has been changed back to the original email that the seller had on the account when i first purchased it (proof below). I also messaged him the day of the dispute and he did not reply until 1 week later dispite him clearly being online (I checked). On top of that he also mentioned to me that he has not recieved his payment on his other account that he sold aswell? As if im some how supposed to do something about this... only more proof that the seller is angry that he has not recieved his payment and has taken back the account and is now lying. This is why i have requested cancel on the order and would like a refund as this seller is clearly willing to take back the account at any time. Zeyfu scammed me
Hello is there a update on this i have requested to cancel the order but i have not received a reply. This seller is saying that he has not received payment on either account he sold and he thinks hes been scammed? but we used MIDDLEMAN service and also i am not involved in his other account sale so why is he telling me this? Clearly he is angry that he did not recieve his payment and has taken the account back! I would like a refund as i purchased insurance on this purchase and have provided proof of him changing the email back to the original email.
Here is 100 percent undeniable proof that this seller is LYING! He provided the email [email protected] as the email to take control of the account when i first purchased (proof in pic) when i logged into the email it clearly showed a messaged that he changed the original email of the account which was [email protected] to the new email he provided me [email protected] (more proof in pics) now this seller clearly stated that he does not have access to the account as i changed the pw right? BUT clearly as i show in the pictures the account email has been changed back to that email [email protected] that HE originally had on the account before he changed the email and sold it to me! But he did not think it would show up in my email but it did it! It shows that he originally had that email on the account and he has now changed it back PROVING he is lying and PROVING he did scam me. More proof of Zeyfu scamming me
Could i please get an update on this situation I have provided all proof that i have been scammed i would like refund. This seller has not provided proof at all to his claims. I have provided undeniable proof of being scammed buy this seller.
