IT was fine until on NOV 20, the game was refunded all of a sudden. and now its gone. the original credit card that was used to buy the game on the account was denied, so basically the original card owner took it back. i asked him that i want a cd key for the game and not a new account because the same thing will happen again OR just refund me back the money. but it seems like he doesnt even care anymore since he stated he doesnt care if his playerup account is banned. if he wants to refund me still then maybe i can wait, but i doubt it. im still going to wait what he does. it looks like theres already a couple of disputes against him but were resolved either by giving them another account or refunding them back. but hes just being hesitant to own up and do anything at this point and maybe even making up a sob story. im not trying to be rude but if youre selling a product for $40, and i dont get that product , then i should be refunded the amount i paid. its simple as that.
@danielsong1714 if the payment was made through a debit or credit card you could get in touch with the bank/card issuer and have them issue a chargeback on the transaction stating that it was a scam. If it qualifies then the bank will be able to contact paypal and have those funds pulled back.
