So are you saying instead of you refunding him he initiated a chargeback? From what I gather from the screenshots is you're unable to do the service and he felt like he was scammed due to you not responding?

For some reason I didn't get a notification for the tag, but thanks for pinging me. As much as I wished I was wrong, it seems my "Scammer Sense" is still in fine order. That aside, I wish you the best of luck in getting a refund, friend.
Next time you see something like this please send me a PM. I'll look into the person and suspend them if your scammer sense turns out to be correct.
