    So my son got kicked while.he was playing on playstation. Tried to sign into the email and I couldn't. Tried to send email to reset the pw and it didn't work. I emailed epic and I will post both emails. The xbl email address he ended up taking back also. I ended up getting in there with the previous pw and noticed he had his email and phone number back in the account.
