hello i have created another account and used that account to buy a product using amazon gift card but I am not able to open middleman support ticket with that account. Why did you create another account to purchase? Its against the policy that's why you are getting that error.
Sorry I didn't know about that, i want to cancel that order and account as well, its the same order i purchased from this account. I made it because nobody was replying from this account at that time. Sorry once again
