    Can I just get a refund because you guys are not helping me .. I did everything it asked

    How do I cancel my order?

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation

    I made the account and I bought the product but I’m being told I already activated my order what should I do
