    I bought something a few days ago and it is waiting for a few days for a Bigel approval that lasts too long
    I would like to cancel your order and receive a refund

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
